Scope of Services
- Delivery and management of multiple MEP and electrical projects across Amgen's live pharmaceutical campus
- Cleanroom installations and syringe fill projects (Phase 1 & 2)
- PM3 extension enabling and shutdown works
- Critical infrastructure upgrades, including 30°C freezer systems, compressor room conversion and ADL/backup power systems
- Site-wide electrical and mechanical small works
- EV charging infrastructure and entrance facility upgrades
- Instrumentation and control works for incubator systems and site enabling projects
