Change for Good is how CJK approaches responsibility across our business, our people and the communities we’re part of. It’s about making positive impact part of everyday decision-making – from how we operate on site to how we support people, reduce environmental impact and contribute to the communities around us.

The initiative is built around three core pillars ↓.

Real Work. Real Outcomes.

Giving Back

Supporting communities and organisations through long-term partnerships, practical support and direct involvement from our people.

Coolmine Therapeutic Centre

CJK has worked with Coolmine since 2019 to help create employment pathways for people rebuilding their lives after addiction recovery. What began through apprenticeship opportunities has grown into a long-term partnership focused on creating real opportunities, practical support and lasting impact.

The Powering Recovery: CJK Opportunity Fund

The Powering Recovery: CJK Opportunity Fund is the latest step in that partnership, helping remove financial and practical barriers to education, internships and long-term employment.

Barnardo’s Wizards of Words

CJK has committed to supporting 100 children across 11 schools in Finglas through Barnardos’ Wizards of Words programme. The initiative helps improve literacy skills while also building confidence, enjoyment and a stronger connection with reading.

We Dip at Dawn

Every year, the CJK team come together at Clontarf Sea Baths for one of the most popular events in the calendar, We Dip at Dawn. For every person who takes part, CJK makes a charitable donation. This year we raised €10,000 to fund the amazing work of four worthy charities nominated by our people.

From the decisions made on site to the partnerships we invest in, the focus is on creating long-term positive impact and building a business we can stand over, today and into the future.
