At CJK, the relationship does not change once the contract is signed. The same senior people who bid for the work lead the delivery, stay accessible throughout, and remain accountable to the outcome. For clients, that means one consistent point of trust from start to finish.
Eilish Brennan 1
Operational Team, Advisory board, Strategic Leadership Team
Brings thirty years of client-side capital programme experience to the CJK boardroom — challenging the business on what tender evaluators and project sponsors actually need to see.
Biography
Eilish joined CJK’s Advisory Board in 2023, after a career spent almost entirely on the client side of complex M&E delivery. She spent the first part of her career in capital programme leadership for one of Europe’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers, planning and delivering new-build and major upgrade facilities across Ireland, the UK and Belgium.
Over that period she commissioned and oversaw projects ranging from sterile fill-finish lines to greenfield API plants — and worked closely with, and rigorously evaluated, the leading M&E contractors operating across the region.
After leaving the pharmaceutical sector, Eilish moved into independent advisory work, supporting infrastructure-heavy businesses through scaling, governance and capital programme strategy. She holds non-executive positions with two organisations in the data centre and built environment sectors alongside her role at CJK.
It’s the variety that keeps me. Different sector, different scale, different team. You don’t get stuck doing the same thing for a decade

Operational values. Not decorative ones.
The CJK environment is one of respect and openness.
We believe in fairness, honesty and transparency and are proud to say that our team members actually ‘walk the walk’. Every one of our members is approachable.
We don’t do egos.
On your project, this means:
You hear the truth early. Risks, slippages and decisions are surfaced as they emerge — and you deal directly with people empowered to act on them, not gatekeepers
We are a business that is constantly evolving and striving to do better through knowledge acquisition, innovation and experience. We are firm believers in continuous learning and encourage and support our team to further their education.
On your project, this means:
A cras nulla ultrices et. Ullamcorper at velit cras adipiscing mattis. Ipsum ridiculus gravida aliquam praesent interdum. Egestas ornare mollis pretium egestas.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. Achieving the highest standard possible is paramount to our team. We are detail-oriented people. Our dedication to the job and our unparalleled customer service is what sets us apart.
On your project, this means:

The team members are at the heart of CJK. They are our community. We value each and every member, and work hard to provide support, flexibility and a work-life balance. We reward people’s efforts and provide opportunities for growth and career progression.
On your project, this means:
