Grange Power

Electrical & Instrumentation Delivery | Peaking Power Facility

Grange Power

Grange Power is a peaking power facility located within the Grange Castle Campus in Dublin, developed to support grid stability during periods of peak electricity demand.

Designed to provide rapid-response power generation, the facility strengthens the resilience and reliability of Ireland’s energy infrastructure.

CJK delivered the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) package from design development through to commissioning, supporting the successful delivery of this critical energy project.

Scope of Work

  • E&I installation from RIBA Stage 3 through to commissioning
  • Design coordination through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)
  • Integration of instrumentation and control systems
  • Electrical and control systems installation
  • Grid connection support
  • Testing, commissioning and system integration activities

Project Complexity

  • Live integration with existing grid infrastructure
  • Rapid-response power generation requirements
  • Coordination across mechanical, electrical and control systems
  • Integration of critical plant, instrumentation and control systems
  • Delivery from design development through to commissioning
